Things people ask.
Is there a free plan?+
No. Every Shopa store gets real infrastructure — payments, payouts, KYC, hosting, support — so the lowest tier is paid. Starter at ₦5,000/month covers it.
Are there payment processing fees?+
Yes — Paystack charges its standard processing fee on each transaction (typically 1.5% for local cards, capped). These are deducted by Paystack at the time of charge and are separate from your Shopa subscription.
Can I switch plans?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if my subscription expires?+
We send a warning seven days before expiry. After expiry you have a seven-day grace period with full features. If you don't renew within that window, your account is paused until you do.
Do annual plans really save 20%?+
Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free compared to paying monthly. Quarterly saves about 10%.
